The process may differ depending on the role you have applied for. We have a structured recruitment process as typically follows :
- Application Review: The talent acquisition team carefully evaluate your profile.
- First Interview: We will evaluate your technical skills / potential. (Consists of two technical panelists)
- Skills Assessment: A task or assessment to showcase your expertise. (For certain roles only)
- Second Interview: If applicable - may change based on the applied position
- References & background check
- Final offer
