• What does the recruitment process look like?

  The process may differ depending on the role you have applied for. We have a structured recruitment process as typically follows :

  1. Application Review: The talent acquisition team carefully evaluate your profile.
  2. First Interview: We will evaluate your technical skills / potential. (Consists of two technical panelists)
  3. Skills Assessment: A task or assessment to showcase your expertise. (For certain roles only)
  4. Second Interview: If applicable - may change based on the applied position
  5. References & background check
  6. Final offer

• Do you offer remote work?

  We offer a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home 2-3 days per week.

• What does your onboarding process look like?

  At Cambio, we have a well-structured introduction program for all new employees, designed to make you feel welcomed. It includes Preboarding, Onboarding, and Follow-up phases.

• Where are the Cambio offices located?

  Cambio has four offices in Sweden:

  • Linköping: Gamla Tanneforsvägen 92
  • Stockholm: Drottninggatan 89
  • Motala: Urban Hjärnes väg 1a
  • Kalmar: Västra Sjögatan 31

  We also have offices in Denmark, and the UK.

  Our dress code is casual, but we encourage attire that reflects professionalism and aligns with our workplace culture. 

• Are interviews virtual or in-person?

  We conduct both virtual and in-person interviews. Typically, the first interview is held virtually for your convenience, while final interviews are conducted in person to provide a more personalized experience.
