Cambio Software is a software research and development center with over 350 software engineering professionals in designing and developing cutting edge Healthcare solutions using state of the art technologies.

Position

We are looking for talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Research and Development centre.

What we are looking for in you,

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in design and development using Java and Spring Boot technologies
  • Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable and work in a dynamic environment
  • Be self-motivated and a good team player
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Agile based methodologies such as Scrum/XP, Kanban

Pre-Requisites:

  • 5+ years of work experience as a Java Software Engineer or similar role
  • Being able to work proactively with minimal guidance in a globally distributed team

Proven experience in at least some of these areas:

  • Working with Spring Boot or any similar framework
  • SQL knowledge, especially with PostgreSQL
  • Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerization
  • System design experience, preferably with distributed systems
  • Experience delivering Software-as-a-Service solutions

Experience with any of the following would be a plus:

  • Working with HL7 FHIR
  • Kotlin or any other "object-functional" programming language
  • OAuth 2.0, JWT and related security concepts
  • Kafka and Kafka Streams
  • Software testing experience
  • CI/CD pipelines: GitLab, ArgoCD or similar
  • Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.
  • Deployment and operations
