Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Software Quality Assurance concepts & techniques, test methodologies, deliverables, processes, and strategies.
  • Basic understanding of programming.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Be a good team player and build constructive & cooperative work relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Be a dynamic individual who is willing and able to come into an international working culture.
  • Understanding performance testing and test automation will be a definite advantage.
  • Take ownership of tasks and proactively engage in assigned work.
  • Be open to conducting research (R&D) on new tools, technologies, and QA practices to support innovation and continuous improvement.
