Cambio Software Engineering is a software research and development center for Cambio Healthcare Systems AB, Sweden, currently with over 300 software engineering professionals in Sri Lanka designing and developing cutting edge Healthcare Solutions using state of the art of technologies to cater our prestigious clientele.

Overview

Primary role as technical writer is to contribute to the optimal use of Cambio’s products with our customers. Work together with the Product Owners and Project Leaders, in align with the release process, to maximize the benefit of our products and services for the customers. Ensures that projects and assignments perform with good quality and meet the ISO standard for MedTech products.

Pre-Requisites

• Produce and maintain user documentation according to plan
• Analyze the need for documentation when new functionality is developed and identify which documents need to be updated
• Participate and contribute to the work of user documentation, follow publication plans with different dates for different types of documents
• Support Product Owner, Project Managers, and colleagues to create documentation
• Ensure the right quality of documentation in line with the guidelines.
• Ability and interest in working cooperatively and supportively in a multi-disciplinary international team environment
• Act according to Cambio values

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar role
• College degree or other relevant working experience
• Writing and speaking fluent English
• Analytical ability
• Ability to work independently and to structure own work
• High social skills and customer-focus
• Experience from leading sub-projects and smaller assignments
